A group of High School students that attend Big Springs High School in Newville, Pennsylvania came up with an environmentally friendly Business plan that focuses on using paper made from hemp in their High School. The team was competing before a panel of business experts at the Harrisburg Regional Chamber’s Business Expo last week at the Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg.
The expo drew almost 200 exhibitors and three teams from Big Spring High School competed in the third annual Chamber Millenials’ Green Business Challenge. The Team won the best environmentally friendly business plan on their team which they named, “Hemp Momentum”. Continue reading »
