Sports Illistrated dot com is reporting that Oklahoma State Basketball player Marshall Moses was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended liscense yesterday. The starting forward was pulled over just after midnight early Tuesday morning for weaving and making an improper turn. The odor of cannabis led to a search that produced a small amount of marijuana and a pipe. His basketball coach, Travis Ford, picked up his player from jail and suspended him for the game last night between Oklahoma State and Coppin State. Ford defended his one game suspension on the OSU Cowboy’s blog in response to an outcry that the punishment was to lenient. Moses is expected to play in Saturday’s game against Texas Tech and scheduled to apprear in court Feb. 8th.
